3rd Thursday Evening of the Month

Virtual PM Yoga, recording available

8 pm Eastern

What you need for class:

Yoga mat; Comfortable, layered clothing; Water bottle; Optional: A blanket for savasana; An open heart and mind 💜

Who should attend a class?

Those who are looking to move their body and have better strength and mobility.

We welcome everyone, regardless of age or gender.

All classes offer:

  • Peaceful Practice:

    Engage in a 45-minute yoga session focused on enhancing your mindfulness, flexibility, and strength.

  • Holistic Approach:
    Experience the perfect harmony of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to rejuvenate your body and mind.

  • Single Class offerings
    This is great for those who are looking to just do a trial before committing to a package!

  • 4- Pack offerings
    This offering can be used for ANY of the yoga class that are offered.

A PERSONAL NOTE

Hello there, I'm Mary Louise

I've been there... Trying to do all the things for everyone and feeling exhausted and spent at the end of the day because I was too busy taking care of everyone else.

I remember catching my reflection in the mirror and seeing muscle tone continuing to deplete and knowing I wasn't doing anything to combat it. I was able to figure out a way for myself to integrate all health aspects of nutrition, fitness and mindset which ignited my passion to help others.

Through my coaching I enjoy helping others gain momentum and create transformation for themself.
